FortiCare provides technical support, firmware updates, and hardware replacement. FortiGuard provides cloud-based threat intelligence, security updates, and advanced services. The bundles are:


  • FG-30E-BDL-950-12: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP) for 1 year
  • FG-30E-BDL-950-36: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP for 3 years

FortiGate 60E Series

The FortiGate 60E Series consists of one model: FG-60E. It offers higher performance, scalability, and flexibility for small to medium businesses, with the option to be deployed at the network edge or branch office. It supports up to 3 Gbps of firewall throughput, 400 Mbps of NGFW throughput, and 250 Mbps of threat protection throughput. It also features ten GE RJ45 ports for network connectivity.


The FortiGate 60E Series comes with different bundles that include hardware plus various levels of FortiCare and FortiGuard services. The bundles are:


  • FG-60E-BDL-950-12: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP for 1 year
  • FG-60E-BDL-950-36: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP for 3 years

FortiGate 60F Series

The FortiGate 60F Series consists of one model: FG-60F. It offers higher performance, scalability, and flexibility for small to medium businesses, with the option to be deployed at the network edge or branch office. It supports up to 10 Gbps of firewall throughput, 1 Gbps of NGFW throughput, and 700 Mbps of threat protection throughput. It also features ten GE RJ45 ports (including two WAN/DMZ ports) for network connectivity.


The FortiGate 60F Series comes with different bundles that include hardware plus various levels of FortiCare and FortiGuard services. The bundles are:


  • FG-60F-BDL-950-12: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP for 1 year

FortiGate 100E Series

The FortiGate 100E Series consists of one model: FG-100E. It offers higher performance, scalability, and flexibility for medium businesses, with the option to be deployed at the network edge or data center. It supports up to 7.4 Gbps of firewall throughput, 1 Gbps of NGFW throughput, and 360 Mbps of threat protection throughput. It also features fourteen GE RJ45 ports (including two WAN/DMZ ports) and two GE SFP slots for network connectivity.


The FortiGate 100E Series comes with different bundles that include hardware plus various levels of FortiCare and FortiGuard services. The bundles are:


  • FG-100E-BDL-950-12: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP for 1 year
  • FG-100E-BDL-950-36: Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP for 3 years
